Slaughter To Prevail, hailing from Russia & the UK, was started in July of 2014 and quickly made themselves known to anyone who would listen. With only having released 2 songs, the band did a full tour across Europe & Russia supporting the mighty Ingested playing for hundreds of kids a night. Their brutal mix of extreme deathcore, intense vocals and violently heavy breakdowns showed they were a force to be reckoned with from the start. It was obvious that kids were magnetized to their brand of extreme deathcore & death metal, and that they needed to push this to the next level.
The band released the first single of their EP with a song called 'Hell' accompanied by a music video in February of 2015. The song and video quickly took off in the death metal community gaining the band a lot of buzz. While pushing their upcoming EP, they released a second music video for 'Misery' in April of 2015. This song was a hit and the driving force they needed before the EP release. The band self-released their 'Chapters Of Misery EP' in May of 2015. Afterwards, Slaughter To Prevail played their first UK shows supporting Hatebreed followed by their appearance at Ghostfest. Since, the band has accumulated a massively loyal following, and over one million views on youtube.
Making quick time, the band caught the attention of none other than Sumerian Records. After the label contacted them, the band made the easy decision of signing with the label. Following their singing, the band also signed on to work with Imperial Artist Management. They knew that this was the label and management team they wanted to work with, and that moving forward it would be exactly what they needed to take over. 2016 has a lot in store for STP with new music, new merch, and new tours all in the works. It is clear at this point that Slaughter To Prevail isn't messing around, and won't stop until their music is heard by the masses.
